How we help
Endorsement is won on preparation, not paperwork
By the time an assessor opens your application, every decision that matters has already been made: which route, which standard, which recommenders, which ten documents. That is the work we do with you.
How we work
Five things we hold to
We tell you if we think you should wait. A premature refusal is worse for you than another year of evidence, and we would rather lose the instruction than take it.
We do not write your achievements for you. We help you evidence the ones you have, in the form the assessor is looking for.
Fees are fixed and agreed in writing before work starts, so the cost does not move because the case got complicated.
Nothing on this website takes a payment. There is no checkout, no card form and no online booking fee.
Immigration advice is regulated. Ours is given by IAA-regulated advisers, and our registration details are published on this site.
The process
What working with us looks like
It starts with the free assessment: you send your profile, an adviser reads it against the criteria for your field, and you get a straight answer on route, standard and evidence gaps. That costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
If it makes sense to go further, we scope the engagement to what you actually need and quote a fixed fee in writing. From there the shape depends on the service: a single strategy session, a full review of documents you have drafted, or end-to-end support through both stages including your dependants.
Throughout, the decisions stay yours. We will tell you plainly when we think a piece of evidence is not carrying its weight, or when the standard you want to apply under is not the one your record supports.
We are independent immigration advisers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Home Office, Tech Nation, Arts Council England, UKRI, the Royal Society, the British Academy, the Royal Academy of Engineering, RIBA, the British Fashion Council or PACT. No adviser can guarantee an endorsement or a visa, and you should treat anyone who offers to as a warning sign.

How UK Global Talent can help
We provide full support through every stage of the Global Talent visa application, from the first assessment of whether the route is realistic for you, through the endorsement dossier, to the visa itself and your dependants.
And if we think you should wait a year and build stronger evidence, we will tell you that instead. A refusal on a premature application costs more than the delay.
What we cover
Eligibility assessment and choice of route, before you commit to anything
Exceptional Talent or Exceptional Promise, argued honestly against your record
Stage 1 endorsement: structure, referees, evidence selection, CV and personal statement
Stage 2 visa application, including dependants and the three-month window
Review of a previous refusal and a realistic plan for reapplying
Extensions, and planning ahead to settlement
Why applications fail
Strong candidates are refused every month
Almost never because they were not good enough. Usually because the application described a career instead of proving a claim. Here is the difference, line by line.
A CV that lists job titles and responsibilities
A CV written to show impact: what changed because you were there, and who noticed
Letters from your line manager and two colleagues
Letters from established figures outside your own organisation who can speak to your standing in the field
Evidence that proves you are good at your job
Evidence that proves the field recognises you, which is a different claim entirely
Ten documents that all make the same point
Ten documents deliberately spread across the mandatory criterion and two optional ones
Applying under exceptional talent because it settles faster
Applying under the standard your evidence actually supports today
Screenshots and links with no explanation attached
Each piece introduced: what it is, what it proves, and which criterion it answers
A personal statement that repeats the CV
A personal statement that ties the evidence into one argument and looks forward
Submitting as soon as the documents are gathered
Submitting when the strongest recent evidence is in place, and within the endorsement's 3-month window at Stage 2
