Complaints Procedure
We would much rather hear about a problem than not. This page sets out how to raise a complaint, what we will do with it, and where to take it if you are not satisfied with our response.

Draft for review. This policy has been prepared as a working draft and has not yet been approved by the firm's solicitors. It is published here so it can be reviewed, and should not be relied on as the firm's final position.
How to complain
Write to us at info@ukglobaltalent.uk, or by post to Shams Britvisa Lawyers Ltd, 291 Slade Lane, Manchester, M19 2HR, United Kingdom. Please put "Complaint" in the subject line, and include your name, how to contact you, what went wrong and what you would like us to do about it.
Complaining costs nothing and will not affect how we handle your case.
What happens next
We acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 working days.
A person not directly involved in the matter reviews it, together with the file and any correspondence.
We give you a full written response within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect our response.
Our response will set out what we found, what we are putting right, and what to do if you remain dissatisfied.
If you are still not satisfied
You can refer your complaint to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), the regulator for immigration advice in the UK. The IAA asks that you complain to us first and give us the chance to resolve it.
Our IAA registration reference is F202200117. Contact details and the complaint form are published on the IAA's own website.
Our record
We keep a register of complaints and the outcomes, review it regularly, and use it to change how we work where a complaint shows we should.
